At the end of everyday, ask yourself the following questions:
Did I show up for my family?
Did I show up for my work?
Did I show up for my responsibilities?
Did I show up for myself?

I sit down, cross my legs, straighten my back. Keep a firm but gentle posture, close my eyes softly. I breathe.

Somehow when I close my eyes, I feel as if I can access more dimensions than just the darkness. As if there are layers to it, depths of field beyond what the eye can see. Aligning with certain dimensions feels like falling in sync with a musical note, tapping into a frequency that is always there but simply amplifying it. It’s like tuning a radio, or watching a flame stabilize. It’s not easy at first, but once I tap in, it’s hard to stop. #meditation #mindfulness
